PRIVATE gROUP TOURS
The Conrad-Caldwell House Museum welcomes group and bus tours to explore our 10,000 sq. ft. Richardsonian Romanesque mansion with unique experiences sure to be remembered for years to come. Group/Bus Tours of 15 people or more may be scheduled for any time of year but is subject to availability.
For Classic Guided, Architectural Walking & Home, and Ghosts of Conrad Caldwell House Tours a deposit of $100.00 must be made to reserve your date and time. Changes may be made with 48 Hours' Notice. For Cancellations made with 48 Hours' Notice, the $100.00 deposit will be refundable.
For High Victorian Tea & House Tour a deposit to cover catering costs must be made and cannot be refunded within 30 days of the event.

Victorian High Tea & Tour
Sit back and relax with a traditional Victorian Tea, complete with finger sandwiches, and bottomless tea for tasting. Enjoy the beautiful historic surroundings as you sip tea and socialize. Then take a tour of the Conrad-Caldwell House to finish out the day. Menus can be customized to suit any needs.
Architectural Walking & Home Tour
Wander through the nation’s largest Victorian era historic district with an architectural walking tour. Afterwards, peek inside the grandest house in the neighborhood and experience life at the turn of the 20th century with a guided tour of the Conrad-Caldwell House Museum.
